Someone commented on my last post that the geese should have looked up for a second to smile at the camera. Well, one did at least. Geese aren't subscribers to the notion that you shouldn't smile when your mouth is full.
A great face! We go to the Ren Fest here and a woman comes with her geese, they are dressed up as a family (the geese are). Mother Goose and her children. I have photos and will have to post them on my blog when I get a chance! The geese she brings are very good with all the people. So very cute. Thanks so much for participating in the 'Face Of The Week'! I greatly appreciate it and enjoyed your post!
I always thought geese were snobish. These geese seem quite nice with their fashionable blue ankle bracelets and half smiles. Great shots of two very nice looking geese.
I have some geese pics somewhere as well but they look a bit different than these, the ones at my local botanical garden are Not friendly as these birds look!

When I was a little girl in England, our neighbors kept geese as watch dogs.
ReplyDeleteThese are quite handsome.

ReplyDeleteI'd love to have some watch-geese but I don't think they'd go well with the dogs. These geese are wonderful - very handsome indeed.
ReplyDeleteHow cute these are. I love them. Great photos my friend :)
